Iknaio Cryptoasset Analytics is a Vienna-based FinTech startup that empowers financial institutions to navigate the challenges and opportunities of the cryptoasset space. We help institutions build trust, mitigate risk, and operate confidently in a tokenized financial ecosystem.
We’re already a well-established partner for public sector institutions across Europe — from law enforcement to regulators. Following successful pilots with banks, crypto-asset service providers (CASPs), and regulators, we are now scaling our footprint in the European financial sector.
To drive this expansion, we’re looking for a Sales Executive / (Junior) Account Manager (f/m/d) with a hunter mindset -someone who’s eager to build a strong B2B pipeline and help financial institutions future-proof their compliance.
Hunting & Prospecting: You proactively identify and reach out to new leads — from regulated crypto companies and neobanks to traditional banks and PSPs across the EU. You initiate conversations, build trust, and bring new clients into the Iknaio ecosystem.
Pipeline Development & Deal Closing: Your goal is to build and manage a high-velocity deal pipeline, with faster sales cycles compared to classic enterprise sales. You drive the process end-to-end: discovery, product demo, PoC, closing.
Product Demos & Trials: You guide prospects through live demos and support trial phases, enabling them to experience the value first-hand.
Compliance Use Cases: You understand our clients’ needs in areas like Counterparty Risk and on-chain analytics for AML compliance. You explain complex topics in a clear, relevant way and recommend modular solutions that match their risk and compliance setup.
Internal Collaboration: You work closely with our Product Team, sharing client feedback and helping us improve how we present and deliver our solutions.
Events & Networking: You represent Iknaio at industry events, webinars, or roundtables. But we also believe in efficient digital-first outreach rather than excessive travel.
CRM Discipline: You track your activities and progress in our CRM system, stay organized, and communicate clearly within the team.
Experience in finance, compliance, consulting or sales: You bring relevant experience from working in or with the financial industry, such as banks, fintechs, CASPs, or regulatory advisory/consulting. What matters most is your ability to understand client needs, communicate value, build trusted relationships and most importantly, you have a hunter mentality. You love building pipelines, opening doors, and chasing deals.
Curiosity for Crypto & Compliance: You're genuinely interested in digital assets, blockchain, and the future of finance. You’re comfortable discussing terms like AML, KYC, wallets, or stablecoins — and eager to learn more.
Fluent in English: English is our working language. Additional European languages (especially German) are a plus, but not required.
Strong communicator: You’re confident in engaging with compliance officers, product managers, and legal teams — from first outreach to contract discussions.
Self-driven & tech-savvy: You’re structured, organized, and comfortable using modern tools (CRM, LinkedIn, email automation). You don’t need micromanagement — you take ownership and drive progress.
